I told myself I would blog more ...

But it hasn't exactly happened that way.
I do have various things to talk about but I just haven't found the time to do it.
Heck, I could do it right at this moment but I am lazy, heh.
I guess I can give a brief synapse of what has been going on in my life.

• Christmas shopping has been almost completed.
• I have at least 8 packages coming to my home right now for Christmas items I bought for myself.
• I highlighted my hair.
• My relationship with my boyfriend is going well.
• I found the perfect vanity that I want and its actually located in the store here so I don't have to fork over 20 dollars for shipping.
• I bought some more totes to organize my makeup with.
• I have been quite under the weather lately.
• School has been going okay , blah will explain somewhat later.

Aha, those are about 8 blog posts that I can do this sometime this week.

Stars Make Up Haven

So recently, I bought an item from Stars Make Up Haven and I can honestly say that I do not liek the way this transaction is going simply because for one it's been a week now, and I asked a few questions about shipping and process. Actually I've sent three emails to them and I have yet received an response back. I do understand that it's the holiday season so maybe orders has been backed up but if you can find time to use twitter, I'm pretty sure you have time to answer the concerns of one of your customers. Even if I spend 5 dollars or 500 dollars you should value you're customers. It is absolutely pitiful that they treat their customers this way. I will never order from them again. I also opened up a payment dispute with paypal because they have failed to communicate with me. I think I'm honestly going to escalate it in December. I'm going to give them this week and some of next week to possibly get back to me and if not, well haha.

Sidenote: I am in my schools library and some guy just randomly farted. GUHROSS. Didn't even say excuse me either, what a jackass.

Another sidenote: I stopped doing that photoblog challenge because I couldn't honestly finish it. Grr!

Late Night Blog

So tonight will possibly be a short or a long blog considering how sleepy I get as I'm typing this. Hopefully, I do get really sleepy because it's 12:17 am and I have to be at work today at 10:00 for a 14 hour shift. I know I know, I'm probably going to be exhausted by at least 9:00 tomorrow but hopefully, I will get a lot of homework finished while I'm at work. But, back to the fact that I can't sleep. Lately, well at lot more than lately I haven't been able to fall asleep at night. I'm tired, yes but I just can't fall asleep. I guess you can say I have a restless mind, and I don't know what to do. I'm starting to believe that maybe I am an borderline insomniac. I mean, come on who wants to be one of those right? One of the things that makes it hard for me to sleep is that my boyfriend likes the tv to be turned off and the light turned off. I'm slightly afraid of the dark, I know I know .. wuss right? But I don't like complete silence because then it's awkward really! I can't stand it and I've tried compromising with him and it never seems to work so I'm not sure what would I do at this point. He sleeps fine, and I'm up half the night staring at the freaking ceiling. Does anyone have any suggestions of what I should try?

Day 2: Someone you adore – 5 reasons why

My son Jarell is someone I adore. For more than five reasons and I think that if I would sit here and type before class why I adore him so much, I'd end up missing class. So, I guess I will leave it at that, maybe I'll come back later on tonight after class to finish this.

Day 1: Self portrait – share basics/make an intro.

Well, hello there. I guess I am supposed to share the basics of myself. First, my name is Marquita but I prefer to be called Keta. I am 23 years old, I love all things makeup. I am currently in school going for my associates degree the field of study that I chose is medical assistant. I am a mom of a beautiful little boy named Jarell. I don't know what else to say right now, haha. So tis all.

3.5 GPA

This will just be a little quick rant. I received mail yesterday and it was my grades for the previous semester. My grade point average as stated in the title post is an 3.5!! I'm so proud of myself, I really doubted myself and my abilities. Never will I do that again!

Okay, time to go back to cleaning. HAHA
